Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings (the chart icon, top right) → Restore Purchases. Your previously bought coin skins and backgrounds will be re-unlocked on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also tap Restore in the coin/background picker.

I was charged for a streak save but it didn't apply.

This should be extremely rare. If it happens, email us at Support@Yardsaler.net with the date and time and we'll make it right. Refunds for App Store purchases can also be requested directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do streak saves work?

When a streak of 3 or more is about to break, you can save it: one free save per day, a few more by watching a short ad, or a paid save. Saves keep your current streak alive instead of resetting it.

How do I turn off sound, haptics, or music?

Open Settings from the top-right of the main screen and toggle Sound effects, Haptics, or Background music.

My leaderboard score or achievements aren't showing.

Make sure you're signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center. Scores and achievements sync only when signed in.

How do I stop seeing personalized ads?

You can decline tracking when first prompted, or change it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You'll still see ads, just less personalized — they help keep the app free.
